General Information

Porini Rhino Camp is a hidden gem located in the 90,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia, Kenya—home to some of Africa’s rarest wildlife and a sanctuary for black rhinos. The camp offers an intimate, eco-conscious safari experience in a private, untouristed conservancy.

The camp features seven spacious, eco-friendly tents, designed to blend harmoniously with the pristine surroundings. Guests can expect essential comfort and privacy while immersed in nature.

Safari activities include extraordinary opportunities such as tracking rhinos on foot with experienced guides, day and night game drives led by Maasai trackers, and visits to the Endangered Species Boma, where guests can see the last two northern white rhinos on Earth. Cultural visits to the local communities add a rich, human element to the experience.

The camp's ethos is centered around sustainability, running entirely on renewable energy and partnering closely with local Maasai communities to sustain the region’s wildlife and culture.
